WARRANTY
How long is the warranty on my products?
We sell high-quality products from the best brands. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that a production error causes the product to break sooner than you might expect. We provide a 3-month warranty on production errors. This of course only applies to correct use of the article complained about. User errors and signs of wear are excluded from the warranty. Complaints that fall outside the warranty period of 3 months will not be processed.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
How do exchanges and returns work?
Is your size not right or would you prefer a different color? That's no problem! We will simply exchange your product for you! You can hand in your package at a parcel service. We will take care of the exchange!
Does your product not quite meet your expectations? We only accept returns of products that are unworn and contain the original tags and/or labels. Products that have been personalized by means of printing or embroidery cannot be returned.
Returns are possible within 30 days.
